How we get your order to you
Delivery to PIN code 421301 (our local service area) is always free.
For all other locations across India, delivery charges are calculated automatically based on your exact delivery PIN code and shown to you at checkout before you place your order - so you always know the exact cost upfront, with no surprises.
If we're unable to deliver to your PIN code, you'll be notified at checkout before placing your order.
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of being placed.
Standard delivery within India takes 7 to 8 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days for delivery timelines. You'll receive updates on your order status (Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery, Delivered) in the "My Orders" section of your account, along with an email confirmation when you place your order.
Cash on Delivery is available for most serviceable locations. A small additional COD handling charge applies - this is shown separately at checkout, on top of the delivery charge for your PIN code.
You can track your order's progress anytime by logging in and visiting "My Orders."
